What we do with your information, in plain words.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The answers you give in the intake form, including health-related answers such as injuries, medications and medical conditions, and the foods you add.
• Confirmation of your payment from Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Why

Only to build and deliver your plan, and to contact you about your order.

If you tick the box for tips and offers, we use your email to send them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees it

You, and the software that builds your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe. Service providers that host our website and send your plan by email handle your data only to do that.

To build your plan we use software. If we use an AI service to read the free-text parts of your answers, only those answers are sent to it, never your email address or payment details.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers for 12 months after your purchase, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

We keep answers from people who do not complete a purchase for 30 days, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@haitam-che.com. We reply as soon as we can, within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
