Terms of service

8-Week Transformation Plan. Last updated October 16, 2026.

These terms are between you and haitam.che (“we”). By buying the plan you accept them.

1. What you are buying

An 8-week diet plan and workout plan, built from the answers you give in the intake form and delivered as files by email. It is self-guided. It is not 1:1 coaching, and nobody reviews your progress or answers messages about it.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating disorder history, have a very low body weight, or have certain medical conditions, your answers are held for a manual check before a plan is released. You are told right away.

3. Your answers

The plan is only as good as your answers. You are responsible for giving accurate information, including your weight, injuries, allergies and foods. If you add your own foods, you are responsible for the nutrition numbers you type from the pack.

4. Not medical advice

This plan is general coaching guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a diet or exercise program, especially if you have a health condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek advice.

5. No guarantee of results

Results depend on your effort and your circumstances. We do not promise a specific result.

6. Fixed plan

The plan is designed to be followed as written for 8 weeks. We do not change it during that time.

7. Delivery

Your plan is delivered to the email you used at purchase after you complete the form. A plan held for a manual check may take longer. Check your spam folder.

8. Personal use

The plan is for you only. You may not resell, share or publish it.

9. Refunds

See the refund policy. It is part of these terms.

10. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from following the plan, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at purchase applies to your purchase.
