Refund policy

8-Week Transformation Plan. Last updated October 16, 2026.

Short and clear.

You get a full refund if:

  1. We cannot deliver your plan. Either your answers need a manual check and we cannot release a plan, or a technical problem stops delivery and we cannot fix it within 7 days.
  2. Your plan has a mistake. For example it includes a food or exercise you told us to avoid, or its numbers do not match your answers. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. We fix it, or refund you if we cannot.

No refund otherwise

The plan is a digital product built for you and delivered straight away. It cannot be returned. Changing your mind, not following the plan, or not getting the result you hoped for is not a reason for a refund.

How to ask

Email contact@haitam-che.com from the address you paid with, and tell us what happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
