  • A screenshot, if something looks wrong

Common questions

I paid and did not get my plan. Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us. Plans held for a manual check can take longer, and you are told by email.

My plan has a mistake. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. We fix it, or refund you if we cannot. Details are in the refund policy.

I want a refund. Read the refund policy, then email us.

I want my data deleted. Email us. See the privacy policy.
